Phyllo Rolls:

  • 8 sheets phyllo pastry (thawed)
  • 8 ounces block feta cheese (cut into 8 sticks)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for brushing)
  • pinch of salt

Chili Honey Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Phyllo Rolls: Brush phyllo sheets with olive oil, fold in half, place feta stick, roll tightly, seal with oil, and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  3. Bake: Brush rolls with olive oil, bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. Make Chili Honey: Warm honey and chili flakes in a saucepan, then drizzle over baked rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
