Phyllo Rolls:

Chili Honey Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Phyllo Rolls: Brush phyllo sheets with olive oil, fold in half, place feta stick, roll tightly, seal with oil, and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush rolls with olive oil, bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Make Chili Honey: Warm honey and chili flakes in a saucepan, then drizzle over baked rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve: Serve the rolls hot and crispy.
