Tamarind Sauce:

- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine tamarind paste, fish sauce, palm sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and water.
- Thicken Sauce: Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves and the sauce is slightly thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
- Add Spice: Add chili flakes if desired for extra heat. Remove from heat and let cool before using in your Pad Thai dish.
