Ingredients
Scale
Salmon:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
Soy Mustard Glaze:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Other:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soy Mustard Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
- Searing the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and black pepper. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. - Serving: Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
