Dough:

- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- Dough: In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine flour, yeast, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, water, egg, and olive oil. Knead wet ingredients into the flour mixture until smooth. Let rise for 1-1.5 hours.
- Filling: Roll out dough, sprinkle with cheeses, tomatoes, and basil. Roll dough into a log, slice, twist, and shape into loaf. Let rise for 30-40 minutes.
- Baking: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush loaf with olive oil and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden. Cool before slicing.
