Cauliflower Bites:
- 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:
- chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Roast cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Add Parmesan: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and toss gently. Return to the oven and roast for another 10–15 minutes until golden.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2–3 minutes.
- Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
- Add a pinch of chili flakes for heat if desired.
