Cauliflower Bites:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish:

  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Roast cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Add Parmesan: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and toss gently. Return to the oven and roast for another 10–15 minutes until golden.
  5. Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.

  • For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2–3 minutes.
