Patio Peach Sangria is a refreshing and fruity cocktail perfect for summer gatherings. This Spanish-inspired drink combines white wine with peach schnapps, brandy, and a medley of fresh fruits for a delightful burst of flavor.

For the Sangria:
- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio), chilled
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water, chilled
- ice cubes
- fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, peach schnapps, brandy, and honey or simple syrup if using.
- Just before serving, stir in club soda or sparkling water.
Add sliced peaches, strawberries, and raspberries. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to let the flavors meld.
Fill glasses with ice, pour sangria over, and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
Notes
- For a frozen twist, blend the fruit with some wine and freeze in ice cube trays, then add to the pitcher.
- You can also substitute nectarines or apricots for the peaches.
