Main Casserole:
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Topping:
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix Casserole: In a large bowl, combine soups, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chicken, and noodles. Spread in a baking dish.
- Add Cheese: Top with shredded cheese.
