Main Casserole:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Topping:

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix Casserole: In a large bowl, combine soups, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chicken, and noodles. Spread in a baking dish.
