Description

Peach Sangria is a refreshing and fruity white wine-based cocktail that’s perfect for summer gatherings or relaxing evenings. This easy-to-make drink combines the flavors of peaches, citrus, and a hint of sweetness for a delightful sipping experience.

For the Peach Sangria:

  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup peach schnapps
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 2 ripe peaches (sliced)
  • 1 orange (sliced)
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1 cup strawberries (halved)
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water (chilled)
  • ice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, peach schnapps, orange juice, and sugar if using. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the sliced peaches, orange, lemon, and strawberries to the pitcher.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, stir in the chilled club soda or sparkling water for a bit of fizz.
  5. Serve over ice with fruit in each glass.

Notes

  • For a sweeter sangria, use Moscato or add more peach schnapps.
  • Frozen peaches can be used in place of fresh and help keep the drink chilled.
  • Garnish with fresh mint for an extra refreshing touch.
