For the Peach Sangria:
- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1 cup peach schnapps
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 2 ripe peaches (sliced)
- 1 orange (sliced)
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 cup strawberries (halved)
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water (chilled)
- ice for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, peach schnapps, orange juice, and sugar if using. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the sliced peaches, orange, lemon, and strawberries to the pitcher.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, stir in the chilled club soda or sparkling water for a bit of fizz.
- Serve over ice with fruit in each glass.
Notes
- For a sweeter sangria, use Moscato or add more peach schnapps.
- Frozen peaches can be used in place of fresh and help keep the drink chilled.
- Garnish with fresh mint for an extra refreshing touch.
