Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets: Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla: Beat in egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
