Description

These Peanut Butter Trail Mix Bars are a delicious and wholesome snack that is easy to make with no baking required. Packed with oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit, these bars are a perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors.

Peanut Butter Mixture:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Trail Mix:

  • 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare Peanut Butter Mixture: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a saucepan, melt peanut butter and honey. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  2. Mix Trail Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries. Pour the peanut butter mixture over and mix. Add chocolate chips.
  3. Chill and Serve: Press mixture into the pan. Chill for at least 1 hour. Cut into bars and enjoy!
