Trail Mix:
- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare Peanut Butter Mixture: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a saucepan, melt peanut butter and honey. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Mix Trail Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries. Pour the peanut butter mixture over and mix. Add chocolate chips.
- Chill and Serve: Press mixture into the pan. Chill for at least 1 hour. Cut into bars and enjoy!
