Naan Pizza:
- 2 pieces of naan bread
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12–16 slices of pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the naan: Place the naan bread on a baking sheet. Lightly brush each naan with olive oil.
- Add sauce and cheese: Spread pizza sauce evenly over each naan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Top with toppings: Add pepperoni slices, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
