- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix flour and salt, add yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until smooth, then let rise.
- Make the Sauce: Heat olive oil, cook garlic, add tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer and cool.
- Assemble and Bake: Preheat oven, divide dough, roll out, add sauce, cheese, toppings. Bake until golden and bubbly. Garnish and serve.
