Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
