Salmon:

Pesto:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Season and top with pesto: Drizzle the fillets with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then spread about 2 tablespoons of pesto over the top of each fillet.
