Pineapple Lemonade:
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- 1/2 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 cup ice
- pineapple slices and lemon wedges for garnish (optional)
- fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the cold water and stir again. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more syrup if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, add ice to glasses or the pitcher. Garnish with pineapple slices, lemon wedges, and fresh mint if desired.
- Serve cold.
Notes
- To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan, heat until dissolved, then cool.
- For a fizzy version, replace cold water with sparkling water.
