Refreshing and tropical, this Pineapple Lemonade is the perfect summer drink to cool off with. Made with a blend of pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a hint of sweetness, it’s a delightful non-alcoholic beverage that will transport you to a sunny paradise.

Pineapple Lemonade:

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 45 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice
  • pineapple slices and lemon wedges for garnish (optional)
  • fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add the cold water and stir again. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more syrup if desired.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. When ready to serve, add ice to glasses or the pitcher. Garnish with pineapple slices, lemon wedges, and fresh mint if desired.
  5. Serve cold.

Notes

  • To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan, heat until dissolved, then cool.
