Pineapple Punch:

  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
  • 2 cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, mango juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup or honey if using. Stir well to mix.
  2. Add the diced pineapple and sliced strawberries, then fill the pitcher with ice cubes.
  3. Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale or lemon-lime soda and gently stir to combine.
  4. Serve immediately in glasses garnished with extra fruit if desired.
