Indulge in the rich and nutty flavors of Pistachio Brigadeiro, a Brazilian twist on traditional truffles. These sweet treats are creamy, with a delightful crunch from ground pistachios and a coating of more pistachios for a double dose of nuttiness.
Ingredients
Scale
For the Pistachio Brigadeiro:
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup finely ground pistachios
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

- Cool and Shape: Transfer the mixture to a greased plate, cover, and let cool. Roll into 1-inch balls and coat with crushed pistachios or pistachio flour.

- For extra flavor, drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- For a smoother texture, use pistachio paste instead of ground pistachios.
