Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Eggs and Flavors: Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and almond extracts.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, mix until just combined. Fold in chopped pistachios.
- Bake: Pour batter into loaf pan, smooth the top. Sprinkle additional pistachios on top if desired. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
