- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.
- Add flavors: Mix in vanilla and pistachio pudding until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry: Alternate adding dry ingredients with milk to wet mixture, finishing with dry. Stir in pistachios.
- Bake: Pour batter into pan, bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
