Bread:

  • 2 cans (16 ounces each) refrigerated biscuit dough

Cheese Mixture:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Pepperoni Mix:

  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or diced pepperoni
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Serving:

  • 1 cup pizza sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cut biscuits: Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine biscuit pieces, mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Toss well.
  4. Arrange in pan: Transfer mixture into the prepared bundt pan, pressing down gently.
