  • 3 large eggs (plus 1 egg for egg wash)
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/4 lb ham (chopped)
  • 1/4 lb salami (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare the crust: Roll out one pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch deep-dish pie pan or springform pan, leaving excess hanging over the edges.
  3. Make the filling: In a large bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, 3 eggs, salt, and pepper. Fold in sausage, ham, and salami. Pour into the crust.
  4. Finish the pie: Top with the second crust, trim, seal edges, vent, and brush with egg wash.
