  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Toppings:

  • 1216 slices pepperoni or other toppings (mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, etc.)

Seasoning and Garnish:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil spray or butter (optional)
  • Fresh basil or red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Toast: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your toaster oven to bake. Lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster or in the oven for 3–4 minutes to prevent sogginess.
  2. Prepare Toasts: Place the toasted bread on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of pizza sauce evenly over each slice. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then add your desired toppings. Finish with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
