Seasoning and Garnish:
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat and Toast: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your toaster oven to bake. Lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster or in the oven for 3–4 minutes to prevent sogginess.
- Prepare Toasts: Place the toasted bread on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of pizza sauce evenly over each slice. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then add your desired toppings. Finish with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
- Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For crispier edges, broil for the last 1–2 minutes, watching carefully.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil or red pepper flakes if desired.
