Pocky Christmas Trees:
- 12 Pocky sticks (any flavor, preferably chocolate)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
- Green gel food coloring
- Assorted sprinkles or edible stars
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes or red and green sugar pearls
- Parchment paper for assembly
Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Coating: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, mix in green gel food coloring, and transfer to a piping bag.
- Decorate the Pocky Sticks: Lay out the Pocky sticks on the parchment paper. Pipe the green chocolate in a zigzag pattern over the top third of each stick. Add sprinkles or candy decorations.
- Set and Serve: Let the trees sit until the chocolate sets. Once ready, carefully peel off the parchment paper and serve or package as gifts.
