- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Heat the oven to 325°F and prepare an 8-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs with oil and honey, press into the pan, and bake for 8 minutes.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, then add yogurt, eggs, protein powder, honey, vanilla, and salt. Pour over the crust.
- Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly. Let cool in the oven.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
