Description

Indulge in this light and fluffy Protein Fluff that’s not only delicious but also packed with protein. This easy-to-make treat is perfect for a post-workout snack or a guilt-free dessert option.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop protein powder (whey, casein, or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (for thickening)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional sweetener to taste (like stevia or honey)
  • Optional toppings such as fresh berries, nut butter, or granola

Instructions

  1. Add the protein powder, almond milk, xanthan gum, and ice cubes to a high-powered blender. Blend on high for 2–3 minutes until the mixture becomes very thick and fluffy, almost tripling in volume.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Scoop into a large bowl and enjoy immediately with desired toppings.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, use casein protein powder or a mix of whey and casein.
  • If you don’t have xanthan gum, you can omit it, but the fluff will be less airy.
  • Frozen fruit can replace ice cubes for added flavor and nutrients.
