Description

A versatile and flavorful pub sauce that is perfect for burgers, sandwiches, fries, and more. This homemade condiment is easy to make and adds a delicious kick to your favorite dishes.

Base Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice

Seasonings:

  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine Base Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pickle juice, and hot sauce if using.
  2. Add Seasonings: Stir in smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
