Instructions

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk oil, sugars, eggs, pumpkin, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Combine Batter: Gradually stir in dry ingredients until just combined. Pour into pan.
  5. Bake: Bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Make Glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk, and salt until smooth.
