Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare the dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
