Indulge in the creamy, dreamy layers of this Pumpkin Lush dessert that perfectly captures the flavors of fall. A buttery graham cracker crust, velvety cream cheese filling, luscious pumpkin pudding, and fluffy whipped topping create a delectable treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Pumpkin Pudding Layer:

  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant pumpkin spice pudding mix (or substitute with another box of vanilla pudding and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice)
  • 2 ¾ cups cold milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin purée

Topping:

  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Chopped pecans
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and refrigerate.
  2. Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  3. Pumpkin Pudding Layer: Whisk together vanilla and pumpkin spice pudding mixes, milk, and pumpkin purée until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  4. Layering: Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Serving: Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pecans and cinnamon.

Notes

  • If pumpkin spice pudding is unavailable, use an extra box of vanilla pudding and add 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice.
  • This dessert is best made a day in advance to allow the layers to set fully.
