Coating and Garnish:
- 1 cup crushed cheddar cheese crackers or crushed nacho chips
- 1 bell pepper stem for decoration
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Cheeseball Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape Cheeseball: Form the mixture into a ball and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Shape the ball into a pumpkin by creating indentations with rubber bands or twine. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Coat and Garnish: Roll the chilled cheeseball in crushed crackers or nacho chips. Add a bell pepper stem to the top center. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
