Layering:
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Cream Cheese: In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Layering: Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a small baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce over the cream cheese. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce. Top with mini pepperoni slices.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
