Puff Pastry:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
Cinnamon Filling:
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Additional:
- All-purpose flour for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry into a 10×10 inch square on a floured surface. Brush with melted butter.
- Make the Filling: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the pastry.
- Roll and Slice: Roll the pastry into a log, slice into rolls, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Make the Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.

- You can add chopped nuts or raisins for extra texture.
