Description

Puff Pastry:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

Cinnamon Filling:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Additional:

  • All-purpose flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry into a 10×10 inch square on a floured surface. Brush with melted butter.
  3. Make the Filling: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the pastry.
  4. Roll and Slice: Roll the pastry into a log, slice into rolls, and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Make the Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
