  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Additional:

  • Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple gel food coloring
  • 2 cups vanilla buttercream frosting
  • Rainbow sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract. Mix well.
