Ingredients
Vanilla Greek Yogurt:

Honey (optional):
1 tablespoon
Fresh Strawberries:
1/2 cup, hulled and sliced
Fresh Mandarin Orange Segments:
1/2 cup
Fresh Pineapple Chunks:
1/2 cup
Fresh Kiwi:
1/2 cup, peeled and diced
Fresh Blueberries:

Granola:

Instructions
- Prepare the Greek Yogurt: In a medium bowl, stir the honey into the Greek yogurt, if desired, for extra sweetness.
- Assemble the Parfaits: Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of 4 clear glasses or jars. Add a layer of strawberries, then more yogurt, followed by a layer of mandarin oranges. Repeat with the remaining fruits to create a rainbow effect, layering yogurt between each fruit.
- Finish and Serve: Top each parfait with a sprinkle of granola and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately for the best texture.
