Lime:

1, cut into wedges

Soy Sauce:

3 tablespoons

Tamarind Paste:

2 tablespoons

Brown Sugar:

2 tablespoons

Rice Vinegar:

1 tablespoon

Lime Juice:

1 tablespoon

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional):

1/2 teaspoon


Instructions

  1. Cook the Rice Noodles: Prepare according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water.
