Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture.
- Stir in oats, raisins, and walnuts: Mix in oats, raisins, and walnuts until evenly combined.
- Bake: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
