Refreshing and tangy, this homemade Raspberry Lemonade is the perfect summer drink. Made with fresh raspberries, lemons, and a hint of mint, it’s a delightful beverage to cool off with on a hot day.

Raspberry Syrup:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
Lemonade:
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Make Raspberry Syrup: In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Cook for 5 minutes, mashing raspberries. Strain syrup into a pitcher.
- Prepare Lemonade: Add lemon juice and 4 cups of water to the pitcher. Stir well and adjust sweetness. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve: Pour over ice, garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
Notes
- For a sparkling twist, use club soda.
- Frozen raspberries can be substituted for fresh.
