Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Swirl:

  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup Nutella, warmed slightly for easier swirling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 8 minutes.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
  3. Add the Swirl: Drop small spoonfuls of raspberry jam and Nutella on top. Swirl with a knife.
  4. Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Cool, then chill for 3 hours.
