Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Swirl:
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup Nutella, warmed slightly for easier swirling
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 8 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
- Add the Swirl: Drop small spoonfuls of raspberry jam and Nutella on top. Swirl with a knife.
- Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Cool, then chill for 3 hours.
- Serve: Lift out using parchment, slice, and enjoy!
