Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Red Velvet Dough: In a large bowl, mix red velvet cake mix, oil, and eggs until a thick dough forms.
- Make Cheesecake Filling: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Assemble the Bites: Scoop out a tablespoon of dough, flatten it slightly, add cream cheese mixture, fold the dough around it, and roll into a ball. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set. Let cool on a wire rack.
