- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons peach juice or milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Prepare dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, yogurt, milk, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Mix the batter: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined.
- Prepare fruit: Toss strawberries and peaches with flour, then gently fold into the batter.
- Bake: Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar with peach juice/milk, then drizzle over the cooled loaf.
Notes
- Frozen fruit can be used, but ensure it’s thawed and drained well.
