Rhubarb Liqueur Ingredients:

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rhubarb: In a large glass jar or airtight container, combine chopped rhubarb and sugar. Stir well to coat the rhubarb evenly. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 24 hours to allow the rhubarb to release its juices and the sugar to dissolve.
  2. Infuse the Liqueur: After 24 hours, add the vodka and lemon zest to the jar. Stir to combine. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place for 3 to 4 weeks, shaking the jar gently every few days to help infuse the flavors.
