  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Dough: In a large bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead until a soft dough forms. Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Filling: Combine softened butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Roll out dough, spread filling, sprinkle chocolate chips, roll up, slice, and place in a baking dish.
  3. Rising: Let rolls rise for 30-45 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Baking: Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  5. Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
