  • 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese (optional)
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
