Cornish Hens:

Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • 4 garlic cloves smashed
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for stuffing
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water for the roasting pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Hens: Pat the Cornish hens dry with paper towels.
  3. Season the Hens: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the hens.
