Cornish Hens:

Seasoning:

- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 1 lemon cut into wedges
- 4 garlic cloves smashed
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for stuffing
- 1 cup chicken broth or water for the roasting pan
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Hens: Pat the Cornish hens dry with paper towels.
- Season the Hens: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the hens.
