Cauliflower Tots:

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into florets, toss with olive oil, and roast with garlic cloves for 25 minutes.
