- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare Squash: Wash and slice the squash and zucchini into 1/4-inch rounds.
- Season: Toss the slices with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Roast: Spread the squash on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
