Salmon:
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups baby spinach

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Prepare the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, saving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
