Salsa Mix:

  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles (such as Rotel)
  • 1 small white onion (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 12 jalapeños (seeded for less heat)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend: Pulse until desired consistency is achieved.
  3. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
