Brownie Batter:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Additional:
- 1 cup store-bought or homemade caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: Whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients: Sift in flour, cocoa, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Layer batter: Pour half of batter into pan, drizzle half of caramel, add remaining batter, drizzle rest of caramel, swirl, sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool and serve: Let cool in pan before slicing into squares.
