- 3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles.
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese until melted and well combined. Remove from heat.
- Whisk the egg mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
